Galbijjim, braised beef ribs was cooked in a crock pot. The presentation used leftover galbijjim. The sausage was boiled in water, then added in the leftover galbijjim. And They were simmered in a pot . My kind of ‘East meets west’.

I cooked the chicken all day in the croc-pot, for dinner we had it in soft flour tortillas, I sprinkled them with chopped red onion and cilantro, and made some spanish rice, which I almost burned taking pics of the sunset!
